Make a classic martini festive by adding peppermint!
What you need:
24 oz cocktail shaker - this recipe will make enough to fill 8 - 10 small 3oz mini martini glasses.
6 oz vodka
4 oz white cream de cocoa
2 oz cream or half and half
Hershey's Kiss for each glass
Whip Cream
Mini Candycane
Crushed Candycane
Little bit of lemon juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka and both creams. Shake until cold (15 seconds or so). Put water mixed with a tiny bit of lemon juice in a bowl. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the water/lemon mixture (lemon helps the crushed candy cane stick better then just water). Put bottom of rim into bowl of crushed candy cane so that the rim is covered. Put the Hershey's kiss at the bottom of the glass. Pour drink into each martini glass. Add the mini candy cane to the glass. And enjoy!
These drinks go great with dessert or as a dessert! Yum!
